Meggan McPhee

Managing Director & SHE Specialist

Meggan has been practicing, facilitating and educating in the Occupational Health and Safety Industry for close on 18 years. She is registered with the SACPCMP (reg number CHSO/957/2017 & web ID 37141351 ), as well as with SAIOSH (reg number 38857211).

Meggan is qualified as a Facilitator & Assessor with the ETDP SETA (Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority) and is qualified to Facilitate and Assess from the HWSETA (reg number HW 591 AR 1302095).

She is the Auditor of choice for the likes of Bidvest Protea Coin and Vodacom; and Safety Specialist of choice for Ariobex, Maximim Group and Elemental Architects.

Meggan prides herself with the following personal achievements:

• LEXIS NEXIS: Specifically sought to write the Health and Safety Management chapter in the Facilities Management Handbook for South Africa, which is being used as a guideline for Facilities Management Students and Practitioners within SA.
• PG BISON: Achieving 5 Star NOSA rating 3 years running (winning numerous awards including Best Manufacturing company, Winner in the D3 Sector and Top Ten Company award)
• ETDP SETA: Being the first person ever to score a 100% pass rate for both the Facilitator and Assessor courses
• NOSA MIRACLES: Achieving a 98% pass rate for the National Occupational Safety Association Multiple Integrated Risk Assessment Control Level Evaluation System
• CWT-ASI: Health and Safety Management System being implemented and utilized from December 2012 for the entire international CWT-GROUP
• DAN TLOOME MEGA PROJECT: Health and Safety Management for the Construction of a mixed use development consisting of 21 910 residential units with all necessary amenities – schools, community centres, shopping centres, retail, neighbourhood centres, student accommodation, industrial park, and more.
